Privacy-First Commitment: Argo AI is built with privacy by design. We use state-of-the-art AES-256-GCM encryption, never sell your data to anybody, and don't engage in any advertising whatsoever. Your travel stories are yours alone.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Argo AI (the "App"), a product of Integrity Evolution Corp., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Argo AI is a mobile application that helps travelers transform their journeys into epic tales through:

AI-powered travel story generation
Photo integration and journey mapping
Memory preservation and organization
Local insights and trip planning
Social sharing of travel stories

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Features

Argo AI offers certain features for free. Premium features require a subscription.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

5. User Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create in the App
Content includes photos, stories, and travel memories
You are responsible for the content you create

License to Us

By creating content in the App, you grant us a limited license to:

Process your content to provide the Service
Generate AI-powered stories based on your travels
Store and backup your content as directed by you
Display your content back to you within the App

This license is: Non-exclusive (you keep all your rights), Revocable (you can delete your content), Limited to providing the Service to you

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Integrity Evolution Corp. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount to us. Your use of the App is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which details our privacy-first approach:

End-to-end encryption: Your stories and memories are encrypted
Local-first storage: Your data primarily stays on your device
No data selling: We never sell your information to anybody

By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to:

8. AI-Generated Content

Nature of AI Content

Stories and content are generated using artificial intelligence
AI-generated content is based on your inputs but may not be entirely accurate
We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions

9. Disclaimers

Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We may modify or discontinue features without notice

No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Posting the new Terms in the App
Updating the "Last Updated" date
Requiring your acceptance for significant changes

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For United States Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

For Canadian Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

For Mexican Users

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.

13. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement (U.S. Users)

For U.S. users, any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except for small claims court cases.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Effective Date: These Terms become effective when you first use the App.
Language: These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Integrity Evolution Corp. regarding the use of Argo AI.

By using Argo AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
